My story begins with the sea, but above all with daily work: selection, cooking, and interaction with people.
I grew up in an environment where fish was never just an ingredient. It has always been about culture, discipline, respect for raw materials, and deep knowledge of the product. The sea teaches rhythm, precision, and humility: every day is different, every choice matters.
From a young age, I learned that quality cannot be improvised. It is built with experience, with the ability to recognize the best catch, with attention to detail, and with respect for seasonality. Selecting fresh fish is an act that requires expertise, a trained eye, and responsibility.
This mindset now lives in three interconnected businesses, born from the same vision and the same principle: bringing the sea to the table in its most authentic form.
